1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• For hygienic reasons, certain items (such as pipes, vaporizers, jars or items that have been used) cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If the product was defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.
